All the staff here are so friendly. The apartments are new and a great price for this area right off 385, 25-30 minute drive to the city. Everything you could think you need in the surrounding area within 10 minutes or so. Water trash and sewer are included in the rent which is nice. They're big dog friendly and have doggie bags all over the neighborhood for you to use on walks and just put a fenced in dog park up. Love this place.

I love this community because the staff is friendly, maintenance requests are taken care of immediately, the grounds keepers are helpful and friendly, the apartment is lovely, it is relatively quiet, and the location is perfect for me. What more can I say? I wouldn't live anywhere else!
